Hey everyone!
I’m wrapping up my final year at uni and getting ready to leave my shared house in Cambridge. My landlord has already sent us a checklist that includes everything from deep carpet cleaning to lime scale removal in the bathroom — and they insist on a professional service.

Has anyone had a good (or bad) experience with a cleaning service that caters to student houses? Were they okay with multiple tenants splitting the cost? Did the landlord approve the job after?

We’re also wondering if there are any student discounts or group deals. Ideally, we’d love to find someone with experience in the student rental market who knows what letting agents look for. We don’t want to lose part of our deposit over a dusty skirting board or a missed grease stain in the oven!
